شروط الاستخدام Terms of Service

باستخدامك لـوقتك (البرنامج المكتبي، لوحة manager.waqtak.app، وأي خدمات مرتبطة بيهم)، أنت موافق على الشروط دي. لو مش موافق، الرجاء عدم استخدام الخدمة.

"الخدمة" تعني برنامج وقتك بكل أجزائه. "العميل" أو "أنت" هو صاحب المحل أو الشركة المشتركة في الخدمة. "إحنا" أو "وقتك" هو الفريق المسؤول عن تشغيل الخدمة.

By using Waqtak (the desktop app, the manager.waqtak.app dashboard, and any related services), you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

"Service" means Waqtak in all its parts. "Customer" or "you" is the shop owner or company subscribed to the service. "We" or "Waqtak" is the team running the service.

الاشتراك بيدّيك حق استخدام البرنامج طول مدة الاشتراك. الترخيص شخصي ومش قابل للنقل لطرف تالت بدون موافقة كتابية منّا.

البرنامج بيشتغل في حدود المميزات اللي بتوفّرها خطتك. تقدر ترفّع خطتك أو تنزّلها في أي وقت من لوحة الإدارة.

A subscription grants you the right to use the software for as long as the subscription is active. The license is personal and not transferable to a third party without our written consent.

The software operates within the features of the plan you chose. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the admin dashboard.

ممكن تبدأ بفترة تجربة مجانية بدون التزام. خلال التجربة، تقدر تستخدم البرنامج بكل المميزات. بياناتك بتفضل ملكك سواء اشتركت بعد التجربة أو لأ.

You may start with a free trial period at no commitment. During the trial you can use the software with all features. Your data remains yours whether or not you subscribe afterwards.

• الأسعار المُعلنة على waqtak.app/#pricing هي الأسعار السارية.
• الاشتراك بيتجدّد تلقائياً في نهاية كل دورة (شهري / ربع سنوي / سنوي) إلا لو ألغيته قبل الموعد.
• لو في مشكلة في الدفع، الخدمة هتفضل شغّالة لفترة سماح بسيطة قبل ما توقف. التواصل معانا في الوقت ده بيحل المشكلة بسرعة.
• الرسوم المدفوعة مش قابلة للاسترداد، إلا لو نص القانون على غير ذلك، أو كان الخطأ من ناحيتنا.

• The prices published on waqtak.app/#pricing are the prices in effect.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly / quarterly / yearly) unless you cancel beforehand.
• If a payment fails, the service stays live during a brief grace period before being paused. Reaching out during that time usually resolves the issue quickly.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the fault is clearly on our side.

ممنوع:

• إعادة بيع البرنامج أو إعادة تأجيره لطرف تالت.
• محاولة كسر الترخيص، الهندسة العكسية، أو تعطيل آليات الحماية.
• استخدام البرنامج في نشاط مخالف للقانون.
• محاولة الوصول لبيانات عملاء آخرين أو لأنظمتنا الداخلية.

أي مخالفة جسيمة بتدّينا الحق إننا نوقف الترخيص فوراً مع إخطارك.

You may not:

• Resell or sublicense the software to a third party.
• Attempt to break the license, reverse-engineer, or disable protection mechanisms.
• Use the software for any unlawful activity.
• Attempt to access other customers' data or our internal systems.

Any serious violation entitles us to immediately suspend the license, with notice to you.

كل ترخيص مربوط بـ بصمة كمبيوتر واحد. لو غيّرت الكمبيوتر، تقدر تتواصل معانا أو تستخدم لوحة الإدارة لفك الربط ونقل الترخيص لجهاز جديد. محاولة تشغيل نفس الترخيص على أكتر من جهاز ممكن تتسبب في إيقاف الترخيص.

Each license is bound to a single computer's fingerprint. If you change machines, you can contact us or use the admin dashboard to unbind the license and move it to the new device. Attempting to run the same license on more than one machine may cause the license to be suspended.

البرنامج المكتبي بيشتغل محلياً، فأي انقطاع في النت أو السحابة مش هيوقف البيع داخل المحل. بنبذل قصارى جهدنا عشان لوحة manager.waqtak.app تفضل متاحة 24/7، لكننا مش بنقدّم ضمان توفر صارم (SLA).

الصيانة المخطّطة بيتم الإعلان عنها مسبقاً قدر الإمكان.

The desktop app runs locally, so an internet or cloud outage does not stop sales in your shop. We make best efforts to keep manager.waqtak.app available 24/7, but we don't offer a hard availability guarantee (SLA).

Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

الخدمة بتُقدَّم "كما هي"، من غير ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية تفوق ما نص عليه القانون. إحنا مش مسؤولين عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة، فقدان أرباح، أو فقدان بيانات نتج عن استخدامك للخدمة بطريقة غير مطابقة للتوصيات.

مسؤوليتنا التراكمية أمامك عن أي مطالبة بتتعلق بالخدمة محدودة بإجمالي الرسوم اللي دفعتها لنا خلال آخر 12 شهر قبل المطالبة.

The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties beyond what the law requires. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service in a manner inconsistent with our recommendations.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim related to the service is capped at the total fees you paid us during the 12 months prior to the claim.

• تقدر تلغي اشتراكك في أي وقت من لوحة الإدارة أو بالتواصل معانا. الخدمة هتفضل شغّالة لنهاية الدورة المدفوعة.
• تقدر تطلب تصدير بياناتك (CSV / JSON) قبل الإنهاء.
• إحنا نقدر ننهي الاشتراك لو حصل خرق جسيم للشروط دي، مع إخطار كتابي.
• بعد الإنهاء، نسخة بياناتك على السحابة بتتمسح خلال 30 يوم (إلا لو طلبت احتفاظ أطول).

• You can cancel at any time from the admin dashboard or by contacting us. The service stays active until the end of the paid cycle.
• You can request an export of your data (CSV / JSON) before cancellation.
• We may terminate the subscription if these terms are seriously breached, with written notice.
• After cancellation, your cloud-side copy is deleted within 30 days (unless you request a longer retention).

لو غيّرنا حاجة جوهرية، هنخبرك قبل التغيير بـ30 يوم على الأقل على الإيميل أو الواتساب. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التغيير معناه إنك موافق على النسخة المحدّثة.

If we make a material change, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email or WhatsApp. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

الشروط دي محكومة بقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. أي نزاع لا يتم حله ودياً يكون الاختصاص فيه لمحاكم القاهرة.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute not resolved amicably is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
